As organisations accelerate digital and data transformation, leaders are increasingly expected to make better use of data in strategic and operational decisions.
As part of the Ertiqaa Programme in Oman, 30 senior leaders from the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology took part in an immersive learning experience focused on strengthening data capabilities and leadership decision-making.
Delivered in partnership with Emeritus, the programme used AEQLIA’s WAVE Business Simulation to help participants explore how leaders can use data more effectively to drive performance, transformation and organisational impact.
