In PULSE, participants will step into the shoes of a dedicated change leader tasked with driving a critical transformation within a large organization.

This immersive simulation will challenge participants to navigate a complex landscape of challenges and opportunities, from securing executive sponsorship to overcoming resistance to change.

Throughout the simulation, you’ll encounter a series of real-world scenarios, including building a high-performing change team, developing necessary skills and knowledge, defining the scope of change, communicating effectively, clarifying roles and responsibilities, overcoming resistance, addressing regional delays, preparing for go-live, and fostering collaboration between the change leader and project team.
